This astonishingly beautiful part of Cornwall is a place to relax and truly unwind. And with boats included (April-October) an opportunity to explore the beautiful Helford River.

Ahead of you is the prospect of exploring Cornwall, simply chilling around Helford or using The Riverside boats on the river (April to October).

It is time to start unwinding!
The Riverside is a charming, whitewashed cottage style property (set in two buildings). The delightful rooms provide a level of comfort well above that normally associated with holiday accommodation. The sitting room (which has an open fire), has large cottage windows that look over our terrace to the village beyond; and is a good base to relax, watch the television or a DVD, do a jigsaw or play one of our board games, whatever. The kitchen and dining room combine as one glorious room. The kitchen is well equipped with an Aga and an electric cooker. There are 2 large fridges, a freezer and a dishwasher. The dining area has a fantastic oak table which will seat 12 comfortably (and 16 when fully extended). There is Wifi included in your stay and the password can be found in your welcome pack. On a practical note, the house has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a drier for your use.
The Riverside is set within pretty terraced gardens, and the front terrace, with its fabulous, 14-foot table (made of reclaimed wood from the old wooden roads in Bali) is the perfect spot from which to watch the world go by. Alternatively, you can utilise the secluded garden area above the buildings, which catches the sun from early morning until late in the day. If you can tear yourself away, have a look in our Guest Information folder for ideas of “things to do” i.e. beaches, golfing, sailing, fishing, diving, walking. So many options!

Animals are not allowed at The Riverside.
Smoking is not permitted in the buildings.
Changeover day is usually a Friday.
Guests are asked to arrive after 17.00 p.m. and leave by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Come and stay for a few days, a week or more.
